ARTICLE IV — CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT, BILLING, AND PAYMENT PROCESSING
4.1 Customer Management Platform
Fultz Media Group utilizes WHMCS, a customer management, billing, and hosting automation platform, to facilitate the administration of its commercial services.
Information processed through WHMCS may include customer names, business names, contact information, billing addresses, account credentials, service subscriptions, invoices, transaction records, support tickets, domain information, and associated account activity.
Such information may be used for account administration, service provisioning, customer support, invoicing, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable legal obligations.
4.2 Third-Party Payment Processors
Fultz Media Group may utilize third-party payment processing providers, including Stripe, PayPal, and Square, depending upon the payment methods enabled and offered to customers.
When a customer completes a transaction through an enabled payment processor, information necessary to authorize, process, verify, refund, or dispute the transaction may be transmitted to that provider.
Each payment provider may independently process personal information in accordance with its applicable privacy policies and legal obligations.
4.3 Payment Card Security
Where payment information is collected directly through a third-party hosted or tokenized payment interface, sensitive payment credentials may be processed by the designated payment provider rather than stored directly by Fultz Media Group.
Fultz Media Group may retain transaction identifiers, payment tokens, limited payment method details, invoices, payment status, and related records necessary for authorized business purposes.
The specific information processed depends upon the payment gateway and configuration used.
4.4 Subscription Billing
Customers purchasing recurring services may have their payment authorizations, renewal schedules, billing history, subscription status, and payment preferences processed through WHMCS and the applicable payment provider.
4.5 Financial Records
Fultz Media Group may retain payment and accounting information as reasonably necessary to meet applicable tax, financial reporting, recordkeeping, fraud prevention, and contractual obligations.

8.1 Essential Cookies
Fultz Media Group may use cookies and related technologies necessary for account authentication, website security, shopping cart functionality, customer sessions, and WHMCS account management.
8.2 Google Analytics — Planned Implementation
Fultz Media Group may implement Google Analytics to measure website traffic, visitor interactions, referral sources, and website performance.
Google Analytics is not represented by this Policy as an active technology until it has been deployed.
Upon implementation, Fultz Media Group will update its disclosures as necessary to identify the analytics technologies and categories of information actually processed.
Google Analytics may use cookies, online identifiers, device information, and website interaction data.
8.3 Analytics Privacy Controls
Where required by applicable law, nonessential analytics technologies will be subject to appropriate consent or preference-management mechanisms.
8.4 Advertising Technologies
Should Fultz Media Group introduce advertising pixels, behavioral advertising technologies, or additional tracking services, its disclosures and applicable privacy controls will be updated accordingly.

9.1 Backup Availability
Fultz Media Group may create, maintain, or offer backup copies of customer websites, databases, application files, account configurations, and other hosted content.
The existence, frequency, availability, retention period, and restoration procedures for backups depend upon the applicable hosting plan, technical infrastructure, and contractual commitments.
9.2 Backup Information
Backup archives may contain personal information, business information, website files, databases, and other materials originally stored within customer accounts.
9.3 Backup Access
Access to backup archives shall be restricted to authorized personnel and service providers with legitimate operational or contractual reasons for access.
9.4 Backup Retention and Deletion
Backup archives may be retained for operationally necessary periods and deleted according to applicable retention schedules, contractual obligations, and legal requirements.
9.5 Customer Responsibilities
Customers are encouraged to maintain independent copies of important files and databases.
Unless a specific hosting plan or service agreement expressly guarantees backup services, the existence of this Privacy Policy shall not independently establish a contractual backup or restoration guarantee.

Fultz Media Group may preserve relevant backup records where reasonably necessary to investigate security incidents, comply with legal obligations, or preserve evidence in connection with anticipated or pending legal proceedings.
